The Thin Cleanse

Through healthy lifestyle changes, you can achieve long-term success.  The Thin Cleanse is a lifestyle change that will help you maintain a healthy weight, improve your energy levels, optimize your metabolism and stabilize your mood.  By taking inflammatory foods out of your diet, you will feel a difference within the first few days. You may also experience less headaches and food cravings.

8 Reasons Why I LOVE The Thin Cleanse

  1. It makes you aware of what you’re eating!
  2. Hello weight loss
  3. Goodbye sugar cravings
  4. Clean eating = I feel amazing
  5. You’ll naturally feel more energized
  6. Your metabolism will get kicked into shape
  7. No caffeine = No caffeine crashes
  8. It makes me feel happy & healthy

What you take out:

  • Dairy
  • Soy
  • Gluten
  • Sugar (and sugar substitutes)
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol

For The Thin Cleanse meal plan, check out my consulting page. Many of my recipes are “cleanse-friendly” as well!

What to expect:

In the first couple of days, you may experience withdrawals from the sugar, caffeine and processed foods. This is only temporary! When I put my clients on the cleanse I am keep in contact with them during the first week, as some people have an extremely hard time with the symptoms.

I follow the cleanse 75% of the time; however I always recommend following the cleanse 100% of the time for at least two weeks.
